Redfoot Levelling is a provider of custom design levelling solutions to suit all types of Trailers. Our Levelling solutions cater for Trailers as small as 1 ton to 28+ ton with an array of levelling options and operating functions. All our levelling systems are supplied in prepackaged kits to provide our installers the simplicity and ease of fitment. Redfoot Levelling has proven reliability with over a thousand vehicles and trailers using our Redfoot Levelling systems across Australia and New Zealand. For our smaller Trailers less the a GTM weight of 4.5 Tonne we can provide a Redfoot Leveling solution to suit many types of trailers based on model, manufacture and chassis type.  By custom design we mean the Redfoot Levelling system includes:

1. Custom brackets that are engineered and designed specifically to facilitate an easy installation of the hydraulic cylinders to the Chassis. This means no welding required!
2. A powerful 12-volt Hydraulic Pump to power all 4 cylinders in extend and retract modes
3. Four custom designed hydraulic 2” bore cylinders that have been matched to suit the height variations of the chassis rail.
4. Eight customised hydraulic hoses and connectors that facilitate the flexible placement of the hydraulic pump pack.
5. Custom bolts and fittings that allow perfect alignment of all systems parts when installing

In addition all Redfoot Levelling systems come with;

For our Larger or Semi trailers between 4.5tonne to 28tonne, we provide larger Levelling kits that are known as our Redfoot Levelling ‘MAXI’ series. The Redfoot levelling MAXI systems have a huge lifting capacity of 28tonne as a standard kit offerings.  Whatever the size, weight and clearance requirement for Trailer we can provide a solution.  All Redfoot Levelling MAXI system includes:

1. Weld on type brackets that are engineered and designed specifically to facilitate an easy installation of the hydraulic cylinders to the Chassis. (*Weld on brackets may not always be required on some chassis installations)
   2. A powerful 12-volt or 24-volt Hydraulic Pump to power all 4 cylinders in extend and retract modes
   3. Four large 18” or 24” stroke custom designed hydraulic 3” bore cylinders that have been matched to suit the height variations of the chassis rail. (*Larger or smaller cylinder sizes can be provided depending on the vehicle requirements)
   4. Eight customised hydraulic hoses and connectors that facilitate the flexible placement of the hydraulic pump pack.
   5. Custom bolts and fittings that allow perfect alignment of all systems parts when installing
