What credit cards do you accept?

What is the return policy if I order the wrong system?

Uninstalled systems can be returned for credit within 30 days of original purchase subject to inspection. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. An RGA number must be issued by RedFoot Levelling for the return. Credit will not be issued for parts returned without a valid RGA.

What is the warranty policy on replacement parts?

Replacement parts are warranted under the same guidelines listed in the warranty policy of your operation manual for the remainder of the original warranty or 90 days, whichever is longer. Proof of warranty repair date and original vehicle purchase date are required.

What is the warranty on RedFoot Levelling systems?

All RedFoot systems will come with a one-year (12 Month) warranty from the date of purchase. Please review the corresponding operation manual for specific warranty terms.
